Room 2 wishes everyone a happy and safe holiday.

Te Reo with Whaia O'Shay

We have begun learning Te Reo (Maori Language) with Whaia O'Shay.

The girls have to sit separately from the boys.  The boys are learning a haka.

The boys have learnt their haka very quickly.  They are very good.

We have been learning the song "Tutera Mai Nga Iwi".

We are learning to be leaders

Today, Room 2 ran the school assembly.  We were being good leaders because:

1. spoke clearly to give instructions
2. sat nicely being role models
3. organised the school.

Learning Our Colours

We used our hands to make a rainbow.  It was a fun way to learn our colours.
